Are you on a journey of self-improvement?

Do you want to be more focused?

If you’ve a side hustle or want to improve daily, you must practise self-reflection.

As Neil Strauss says

Question to ask yourself many times a day:

Is what I’m doing right now serving the person I want to become?

This quote has been a beacon, especially since turning 40.

Lately, I’ve noticed an increased tendency to get distracted, a phenomenon that I attribute to aging and the aftereffect of Covid.

Recognizing this, I understood the importance of frequent self-assessment.

It’s not enough to set intentions once a day.

We must revisit them repeatedly, making this introspection a part of our routine.

Multiple times a day.

To help this, I created a vision board & set it as my laptop wallpaper, ensuring my goals are always in plain sight.

What’s your plan for 2024?
