This quote has been a beacon, especially since turning 40.
Lately, I’ve noticed an increased tendency to get distracted, a phenomenon that I attribute to aging and the aftereffect of Covid.
Recognizing this, I understood the importance of frequent self-assessment.
It’s not enough to set intentions once a day.
We must revisit them repeatedly, making this introspection a part of our routine.
Multiple times a day.
To help this, I created a vision board & set it as my laptop wallpaper, ensuring my goals are always in plain sight.
